Patrice Thompson M.B.A. & M.Ed., is a seasoned international educator and a leading advocate for multilingualism and cultural inclusion in schools. She has taught in Korea, China, and Morocco, and brings a global perspective shaped by years of international experience and extensive travel.

Patrice has led school-wide initiatives in China and Morocco to elevate home languages and cultural identity, including founding a committee dedicated to celebrating linguistic diversity and fostering global citizenship. She speaks English, Spanish, German, Mandarin, Darija, and French, and understands firsthand the power of language in shaping student identity, confidence, and belonging.

At Conex-Us Consulting, Patrice helps schools build inclusive, globally minded communities where language is not a barrier, but a bridge.

Caitlin, M.Sc., is a globally-minded communications professional with deep roots in international education. A third-culture kid herself, she grew up attending international schools and has since lived and worked in the United States, Jordan, India, the Netherlands, China, and Korea.

With extensive experience in marketing, sales, and cross-cultural training, Caitlin brings a unique lens to school identity and engagement. She has worked closely with international schools around the world, supporting sustainability initiatives, coordinating supplier partnerships, and leading efforts that align mission-driven storytelling with global impact.
